Dispatch Time

Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. I endeavour to get your order out to you as quickly as possible but I am a one woman band so please do bear with me.

If you require your order urgently, please get in touch before placing your order and I may be able to be shipped more quickly.

During peak times the dispatch time may increase. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping UK

Standard Delivery  
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout. I am no longer sending any UK orders untracked.

Please note:

Free UK Standard Delivery over £40 only applies to UK orders with an order value reaching over £40, which is calculated at the checkout.

In the unlikely event your parcel is taking longer than expected I advise you to contact the courier first. Please note, I cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days). 

Delivery outside of the UK

Orders to Europe and ROW are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Please note this is not a tracked service. This is due to the high price of tracked shipping from the UK to international countries. If you would like your order tracked, please select the upgrade at checkout.

Shipping can take 3-17 working days and occasionally parcels can get delayed at customs so please take this into account when ordering.

Shipping charges DO NOT include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer. If the package is rejected by the customer at the destination and safely returned to us a refund will be offered for the goods only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery to the USA

All orders to the USA either via USPS or Royal Mail and are currently being sent Delivery Duties Paid to avoid any surprise hidden tariff charges. These orders usually take around 7 days to arrive.

All delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and price.

For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address and phone number as I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch and I will endeavour to resolve your issue. I accept returns and exchanges on non-bespoke orders.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for custom, bespoke or personalised orders.
